The Hants County Exhibition in Windsor, often cited as the oldest agricultural fair in North America (dating to 1765), is a source of local pride, and similar exhibitions in Lunenburg, Pictou, Antigonish, and across Cape Breton draw families for livestock judging, harness racing, midway rides, and community socializing.
